I was going to wait to post until my visa came, but I can't wait anymore. I was finally able to get the South African consulate on the phone last Friday, and they said I'm approved for the visa, but it will take them a while longer to process it. They also needed me to send in a self addressed stamped envelope, or else they won't mail it to me at all.

This Friday will be my last day at the Library, I think it's going to be weird not going to work all the time. But I can't wait for all the extra time I'll have to tie up lose ends.

Has anyone been watching the Olympics? The men's relay swim race last night? Oh! How exciting!
